Ending
speculation and a 12 month search for a 'Premier Partner',
Glenelg Football Club will launch the re-naming of Glenelg
Oval to Challenge Recruitment Oval.
The initial deal between Challenge Recruitment and
the Glenelg Football Club is for three years however
both partners are aiming for a promising, long term
partnership.
Glenelg Football Club sought a South Australian company,
who reflected the professionalism of the club, had a
local community focus, and with strong ethics and ideals:
Challenge Recruitment. Challenge Recruitment is both
people orientated and has a wide community focus. The
partnership will enable Challenge Recruitment to offer
employment of choice to both blue and white collar sectors
via an increase of awareness throughout the community.
Challenge Recruitment has been a Key Corporate Sponsor
of the club over the past two years. Managing Director
of Challenge Recruitment, Mr. Boris Bosnich and General
Manager (Southern Region) Mr. Gavin Baldan view the
developing partnership as mutually beneficial for Challenge
Recruitment, Glenelg Football Club and the local business
community.
Mr. Bosnich stated "It will be our third year
affiliated with Glenelg Football Club and we really
see the clubs future both on and off the field as extremely
promising and positive."
Challenge Recruitment will not only provide a significant
financial boost over the next three years, but will
also assist in the major focus of the Glenelg Football
Club by helping to find employment for their players.
Glenelg Football Club has always held the wellbeing
of all its players as paramount, and with the country
zone in the South-East, significant importance is placed
on the welfare of the young country players. Challenge
Recruitment enables assistance for these players to
find employment in the workforce, and will assist equally
for metropolitan and interstate players, whether beginning
a career or climbing the corporate ladder. Challenge
Recruitment and the alliances they make with local businesses
through this new partnership will add a significant
boost for the Glenelg Football Club and the local community.
The new partnership will ensure that Challenge Recruitment
will become synonymous with the Bays, both in name and
in game.
